Reunion 2006: Relive. Rekindle. Reconnect

The Texas Tech Alumni Association will be hosting Reunion 2006 in conjunction with the Missouri football game and Homecoming Weekend, October 5-7, 2006.  The festivities will honor the classes of 1981 and 1996, but all alumni are welcome to attend.

During this three-day event, attendees will be able to see the changes to Texas Tech University with a tour of new facilities and a bus tour of the campus.  This tour will have frequent stops, including a tour of the library and visitor’s center and an ice cream break at Texas Tech’s newest eatery, Cowamongus, located in the new Animal and Food Science building.

Some of the other events visitors will be able to enjoy include an opening mix and mingle, breakfast at the Merket Alumni Center, a white linen dinner with great Lubbock entertainment and the Legacy Lunch where attendees are welcome to bring additional guests and of course, their Texas Tech Legacies.

Although this event honors the class of 1981 and 1996, anyone is welcome to attend.  Guests are asked to R.S.V.P by September 1.  Alumni Association members will receive discounted rates and there will also be early registration discounts for anyone who would like to register online between May 1 and August 1.  For questions, concerns or to register for Reunion 2006, please contact Leslie Ann Simon at 806.742.3641 ext. 251 or at leslie.a.simon@ttu.edu or go to www.TexasTechAlumni.org.  Register early.
