Gretchen Pressley began as an intern with the Office of Communications and Marketing in September 2006. She graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in communication in December 2006.
She then went on to pursue her master's degree journalism at the University of Missouri, graduating in 2009.
Gretchen occasionally writes feature articles for the office. Her previous work experience includes a public relations internship with Weber Shandwick Worldwide in Austin, and an office assistant position in the Department of Physiology.
