Rawls STEM MBA Awarded $10,000 Excellence Grant

The Rawls College of Business STEM MBA program was awarded a $10,000 Excellence Grant by the Texas Tech Alumni Association for being an innovative and beneficial program to students at Texas Tech University. In particular, the grant focuses on the program’s “Texas Tech Alumni Association STEM MBA Speaker Series,” which occurs six times throughout the year and invites STEM graduates who have succeeded in business to speak to current students. The purpose of the grant is to assist faculty and staff in the efforts to improve access to educational opportunities, encourage education innovation, promote awareness of Texas Tech, and support the university’s strategic plan.
