Please contact Kirk Meadows if your department is needing to lease any office or storage space off of the main University campus.  Leases must be in compliance with Texas state laws and University procurement policies.

All University leases must be in compliance with the Texas Accessibility Standards.  Leases in value greater than $12,000 annually must be inspected and approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation prior to the University occupying the space.  The Contracting Office will submit the requirement applications to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on behalf of the University.
