Reporting
The Legislative Budget Board requires that all
contracts that meet certain thresholds, be reported to the LBB within
10 days. The Contracting Office reports all contracts that meet
the criteria for the University and the TTU System.

A contract for $14,000 or more for consulting
services defined by Govt. Code 2254.021(1);
-
A contract for $14,000 or more for professional
services as defined by Govt. Code 2254.002 (2);
-
A contract for $14,000 or more for construction
services;
-
A contract for $100,000 or more for major
information systems as defined by Govt. Code 2054.008;
-
A contract for $50,000 or more for goods or services
that do not fit into one of the four categories above.
