Through individualized service, the Texas Tech University Libraries connect users with resources that advance intellectual inquiry and discovery.

Texas Tech University Libraries provide support and guidance for scholarly activities such as research, writing, and teaching. We facilitate this support through:

• One-on-one research consultations
• Skill-building workshops
• Information literacy instruction
• Advisement for citation management, copyrighting, and publication
• Curation of Open Education Resources (OERs)

The library at Texas Tech-CR provides access to books, articles, and other materials from other libraries all over the world. Students may request these materials through our Documentary Delivery Service, and they will be delivered to the Costa Rica campus. Students also have instant access to tens of thousands of ebooks. These services, along with all of the library's services, are completely free for students.
