Short Biography

Elyse Hogan graduated from Texas Tech in 1998 with a Computer Science degree and has been working at Raytheon in the Dallas area since then.

She started out her software engineering career writing software and performing system integration on a night-vision system, and has worked on several other exciting programs in her career, mostly for the US Army. Elyse is currently a Program Manager on a major radar program.

Elyse is a 2017 Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems President’s Award winner. The IDS President’s Award is given to employees who have contributed to the goals of the business by delivering exceptional business results, reinforcing cultural imperatives of engagement, agility and empowerment, and exemplifying the core values of the company. She is also a 2008 graduate of Raytheon’s Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP). Through the course of the two-year development process, ELDP's are involved in more than eight weeks of executive level training, and are granted access to executive leadership interaction, and highly specialized online training tools.

Elyse has also been involved in the Raytheon Women’s Network employee resource group and STEM community outreach programs.

She and her husband have 3 elementary school-aged children.
