The Center for the Science and Engineering of Cyber Security in the Department
of Computer Science at Texas Tech University and the
Center
for Security Studies at Angelo State University
have been awarded a two−year grant from the National Science Foundation
(
Award #1241756) to offer a summer workshop in the area of cyber security to faculty, instructors, and teachers from community/private colleges.
The project is accepting applications for Summer 2013 in a week-long summer workshop to be held at Texas Tech University.
The Summer 2013 workshop will be held August 12–16, 2013 and has the following themes:
- Cyber Security Fundamentals
- Information and Data Security
- Network Security
- Software Security
- Smart Grid Security
- Cyber Evidence and Forensics
