Soil Management Certificate Program
Application Process
Step 1: Apply to Texas Tech University's Graduate School.
Step 2: Apply to Texas Tech University's Department of Plant and Soil Science.
Step 3: Apply for financial aid and/or scholarships.
Step 4: Upon acceptance into the Graduate School and the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources' Department of Plant and Soil Science, you will work with a Graduate Advisory Committee composed of three members to develop a degree plan.
- Complete the Graduate Admissions Application form.
- The application fee is $50 for U.S. residents and $125 for international applicants.
- International students: you must also submit a Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score to the Graduate School.
Step 2: Apply to Texas Tech University's Department of Plant and Soil Science.
- Send a Letter of Intent and three recommendation letters to the Graduate Advisor of the Plant and Soil Science Department, Box 42122, Lubbock, Texas 79409-2122.
Step 3: Apply for financial aid and/or scholarships.
Step 4: Upon acceptance into the Graduate School and the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources' Department of Plant and Soil Science, you will work with a Graduate Advisory Committee composed of three members to develop a degree plan.
