Engineering
- After an extensive search, Dr. Pamela Eibeck, was hired as the new Dean.
- The College of Engineering has an active chapter of the Society of Women Engineers. Students serving as Engineering Ambassadors visit area high schools to talk with math and physics classes about engineering.
- The College developed a pre-engineering curriculum program for Estacado High School, a predominantly African American and Hispanic study body, in Lubbock. The program involves a multiple-discipline curriculum pertaining to engineering.
