The Mission of the Division of Student Affairs “supports and enhances the learning experience of students and the university community through quality activities, facilities, programs, and services.” Additionally, the Division of Student Affairs support the university’s strategic goals of “access and diversity” and supports Affirmative Action initiatives recognizing the ever growing demands of a diverse graduate, professional, and undergraduate student population at Texas Tech University. The division continually strives to hire and retain a diverse staff.
