These are some major websites that we continuously refer to and would like to share with each of you! Some of the sites are just excellent resources for international affairs, for which we do not currently have a corresponding program. SAGE: Scholastic Assistance for Global Education

This site offers a lot of information about social studies topics and lots of information about countries of the world. SAGE is a service provided to the educational community by the Center for International Business Studies in the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.

CIA World Fact Book

The World Factbook provides information on the history, people, government, economy, geography, communications, transportation, military, and transnational issues for 266 world entities. Our Reference tab includes: maps of the major world regions, as well as Flags of the World, a Physical Map of the World, a Political Map of the World, and a Standard Time Zones of the World map.

Enchanted Learning

Many exciting activities and teaching resources are on this site. EnchantedLearning.com is a user-supported site. As a bonus, site members have access to a banner-ad-free version of the site, with print-friendly pages.

National Geographic KIDS

The National Geographic Kids site is full of animals, people, places, videos & photos, lots of activities and FUN!
