Program and Scheduling Information
All Programs MUST Be Reserved In ADVANCE.
To register for classes, please use the convenient on-line registration form, or call us at (806) 742-0426 for immediate assistance. Upon receipt of your reservation request, a confirmation will be
emailed to you. (If you do not receive the confirmation email within a
day of your request, except for weekends, please contact us.) If you
must cancel ** a class visit, change the time, or the number of students
attending, please call us at (806) 742-0426 well in advance of the program.
Specific dates and times for K-12 Outreach programs are listed on the Calendar of Events.
** Cancellation Policy:
Because many of our programs have a waiting list of schools wanting to participate, we request that you cancel no later than two (2) weeks before the program. At any time, if there are extenuating circumstances and you need to cancel, please notify us immediately at (806) 742-0426.
Special Needs
If you need to make arrangements for persons with disabilities, please call (806) 742-0426 at least one week prior to attending so appropriate arrangements can be made.
Supervision/Student Behavior Policy
One chaperone or teacher must accompany every group of 10 students
attending. Chaperones and teachers are expected to be responsible for
student behavior while entering the facility, during the program, and while
exiting the facility.
Program Attendance Fees
The cost for K-12 Education Outreach Programs is $1.50 per student per
program ($1.50 per student for "On the Road Adventures" programs).
Teachers and chaperones will not be charged.
