Graduate Programs

At the graduate level there are several options available for students interested in geography. First, the Geography Program offers a minor for both Master's and Ph.D. students.  Secondly, graduate students interested in geography may elect to enroll in the university's Interdisciplinary Studies program.  Within the Interdisciplinary Studies Program, graduate students interested in geography may develop their own program or they may select from three options: 1) Arid Land Studies, 2) International Development and 3) Environmental Evaluation.  At the Ph.D. level, students interested in geography may elect to enroll in the university's interdisciplinary Ph.D. program in Land-Use Planning, Management and Design.  To find out more about these graduate programs, please consult the university catalog.
