need to be trained in food service handling. Food Safety Seminars will provide
you with the latest Texas Food Establishment Rules (TFER) regarding food safety
for your dining establishment as well as the expectations of a dining
inspection.
Environmental Health and Safety schedules this training semi-annually and upon
request will conduct training sessions tailored towards specific health
sanitation issues.
