with the latest Texas Food Establishment Rules (TFER) regarding food safety for
your dining establishment as well as the expectations of a dining inspection.
Environmental Health and Safety schedules this training semi-annually and upon request
will conduct training sessions tailored towards specific health sanitation issues.
