#TTUFromAnywhere Social Media Campaign

by Kelly Podzemny

Texas Tech University Worldwide eLearning soft launched the #TTUFromAnywhere campaign earlier this year in an effort to engage students of online and regional site programs on social media, and encourage the creation of user-generated content for its social media pages.

To participate, students fill out a brief form on the TTU Worldwide eLearning Facebook page and upload a photo of themselves showing their Red Raider pride (wherever they are). Submissions are quickly reviewed and posted as a "#TTUFromAnywhere Tuesday" social media post each week. The campaign has already showcased the accomplishments of several distance education students from across the state.

Amanda Comer (Online B.S. Plant & Soil Sciences – Austin, Texas)
Luke Nix (Online General Studies – DeSoto, Texas)
Regan Shaw (Online General Studies – San Marcos, Texas)
Thomas Sneed (Online Ed.D. in Higher Education – Houston, Texas)
Mika Coffey (University Studies – Waco Regional Site)
Tosha Hendrickson (General Studies - Waco Regional Site)

If you know of a distance education student who deserves to be featured in a future post, please encourage them to contact Worldwide eLearning at http://bit.ly/ttufromanywhere.
