About The Administrative Resource Office
Administrative Resources strives to meet Operations Division goals and core values. We work with leadership to implement a strategy of continuous and integrated processes for workforce planning, recruiting, employee development, performance management and retaining the most gifted and highest quality staff members that we can find, afford and hire.
Employee Support Services provides support to approximately 512 Operations Division employees by ensuring all payroll, benefit, and safety needs are met.

About the Safety Team
The Safety team provides Operations Division employees with service that is focused
on quality to ensure the employee's work place is safe, dependable, and efficient
to drive the productive process in providing teaching, research, and support services
to achieve the institutional goals and objectives. This is done by defining requirements,
defining measurements, setting goals, and embarking on process improvements for improved
