Online Software Training

Lynda.com is an online video-tutorial library that includes instructional tools viewable on laptops or iPhones, etc. It's available to TTU students and faculty through the Texas Tech University Library.

The Texas Tech University Library is pleased to offer patrons access to Lynda.com, an online video-tutorial library featuring master software from Adobe, Apple, Microsoft and more, that allows users to learn the latest tools and techniques in business, digital media, design and development. Users can choose from more than 40,000 online video tutorials to learn about digital photography, Web design and development, motion graphics, Excel and much, much more.

Free access to Lynda's all-you-can-learn online software training library is available from most public computers in the Library or from your own laptop or iPhone* anywhere in the building. Access is also available on public computers in the Architecture Library. A subscription of this nature would normally cost $250 and now it's free for patrons at the Library. No log-in necessary. Learning at your own pace, Library wide.
