Training in Digital Humanities

Researchers in the Digital Humanities Laboratory build essential skills in scholarly editing/digital humanities, such as proofreading, transcription using OCR, and TEI coding using <oXygen> XML editor.

For those who have developed these skills, we also offer opportunities to work with Special Collections or the University Library; after which, undergraduate researchers and graduate students can use the resources of the Digital Humanities Laboratory to build a digital project in their area of specialization.
