Department of Geosciences Research Day 2009
The Department of Geosciences will host a Research Day on Wednesday 29th April 2009. The aim of the day is to showcase current research activities in the Department, provide a forum for the exchange of ideas, and expose under-graduate and graduate students to the experience of presenting their research in a conference-like environment.
Presentations will be via posters presented in Room 230 and on the second floor of the Science Building commencing at 10:00 am. Refreshments will be served and a judging panel will be responsible for selecting the best posters from under-graduate and graduate students. Prize winners will be announced at midday.

All participants are expected to submit an abstract using the template provided below.
Contributions are REQUIRED for all graduating seniors, and EXPECTED from all other members on the Department, including Graduate Students, Post-Doctoral Fellows, and Faculty.
