Program Description

From forensic science to public health to industry research, a degree from the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at TTU will help you get there. The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry offers the Ph.D. and M.S. degree in Chemistry, with a specialization in eight subfields: analytical chemistry, biochemistry, chemical education, chemical physics, inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, physical chemistry, and theoretical chemistry. It also offers the flexibility for interdisciplinary areas.

How To Apply

1) Apply to Graduate School : Fill out the online application at Apply Texas.

2) Pay your application fee: $60 initial application fee, $50 for each subsequent application (including changes of entry date, add/change program, or readmission). Application fees may be paid via ApplyTexas at the time of application submission or by credit card on our website.

3) Contact the Graduate Program Coordinator in your prospective department. Many departments have separate application requirements and deadlines, and the Graduate Program Coordinator will be able to assist you in your application process.

4) Send application requirements, from all of the colleges and universities that you have attended to Texas Tech University Graduate School.
