Access Information on Prospective Students

Departments receive the prospect cards that the Graduate School has received from the Fall recruiting events toward the end of October or the beginning of November. We appreciate the time that you have been taking to follow up with these prospective students who are keenly interested in your graduate programs. In addition to these prospects, the office of Graduate Admissions receives prospects on a daily basis via email, phone, and regular mail as well as through our subscription services like Gradschools.com, Petersons, Graduateschools.com, and through the Princeton Review. Because of the volume of prospects for all 103 Master's degree programs and 59 Doctoral programs, we cannot send each of these to you individually.

You can, however, access the information that these prospects have provided to us easily through Tech Reports.

To access Tech Reports, simply go to:

  1. http://www.irs.ttu.edu/TechReports/newindex.htm, and select Tech Reports Online, which is the first option on the page.
  2. At that point, you will need to log in with your eRaider user name and password. If you are unable to log into Tech Reports with your eRaider account, please contact Ron Nail in Institutional Research and Informational Management at 742-2166, ext. 369 or at ron.nail@ttu.edu.
  3. After you have logged in, you will click on the search button at the center of the screen.
  4. Enter "IMG023" in the Search Keywords box and press the select button. (This is not the only report that allows you to view prospective student information FFG023 is also useful.)
  5. Click on the "select" link.
  6. Click on the "Run Report" button, select your department and terms from the drop down menu.

If you have any questions or problems running the Tech Reports, please do not hesitate to call Shannon Samson at 742-2787 or email her at Shannon.samson@ttu.edu. She is also available to stop by your office and assist you if necessary.
