HESS Personal Fitness & Wellness
Personal Fitness & Wellness Courses are tailored to meet the needs and interests of students in order to promote lifetime fitness and wellness. All students in the College of Arts and Sciences are required to complete two hours of PF&W courses. Students in other colleges may take these courses as electives. ESS majors should not enroll in these courses.

Students should present appropriate verification from AccessTECH in the office of the Dean of Students. No requirement exists that accommodations be made prior to completion of this approved university process
For a specific physical activity, the completion of the course sequence is allowed if the sequence is taken in the appropriate order from beginning to advanced.
