of the fall semester will be held this Friday, September 4, 2009,

Lunch Discussion is a chance for Honors students, faculty and staff get
together to discuss/debate a particular topic. Past topics have
ranged from the U.S. health care system to TTU’s efforts to grow to
40,000 students, from the 2008 presidential election to the Octomom,
from current constitutional issues in the Supreme Court to the Hitler
(History) Channel. This week’s facilitator is Dr. Richard Verrone
and the topic is “What do you learn and what should you be learning
college?” Our discussions take place in a safe and fun environment
and are meant to be open-minded, respectable and intellectually
engaging. Lunch and drinks are always provided! All Honors
students are welcome! Honors College Lunch Discussion contact
