Former United States diplomat and ambassador Carl Coon will lecture on “America In The World—Which Way?” (Foreign Policy After Bush) on Thursday, January 29th at the International Cultural Center, Texas Tech University, 8 PM. The event includes a reception, and Coon will take audience questions.
