Honors College Scholarship
Have you been in the Honors College at least one (1) full semester? You might be eligible to apply for the Texas Tech University Honors College Scholarship
Because we feel that all members Honors students are
academically gifted, Honors College scholarships are awarded
based on a combination of criteria and are highly competitive.
Students must be a member in "good standing" with the Honors
College for at least one semester before applying. Good standing
is defined as a student who is progressing on time with their
Honors hours and is not on probation with the Honors College.
Honors students must show exceptional performance.
Exceptional performance is defined through a student's
honors experiences, their willingness to overcome any adversity
or challenges, and consistent volunteer work with the Honors
College or in some other setting.
Although financial need and family circumstances are not a
primary factor in awarding Honors scholarships, these factors
are taken into consideration.
