Avery Caddell

Classification: Senior

Major: Kinesiology

Hometown: Paradise, TX

Career Goals: I plan on finding my way into ministry whether in the U.S. or elsewhere.

Favorite part of being a Bayless Mentor: Back home, I work as an intern for the youth group at my church, and see firsthand how much of an impact one person can have on a kids outlook on life. The Bayless Mentor program is doing that same awesome work in Lubbock, giving kids in tough situations positive role models as well as simply another friend they get to see every week. I have loved getting to go in every week and hang out with a kid who slowly opens up to you, giving you a glimpse of their own personality. Bayless is doing amazing work, and I am lucky just to be a part of it.
