The Union Bistro is an upscale eatery that offers a variety of specialty coffee drinks, gourmet breakfast items until 2 p.m., several Grab-n-Go items and sub sandwiches featuring Boars Head® meats and cheeses. Union Bistro brews Day Break® coffees, featuring a Matador blend created for Texas Tech University. Located in the retail corridor of the Student Union Building, Union Bistro is a great place to stop on your way to class or when you need a study break.
