Rates for 2008-2009 are currently pending.
All halls will be air-conditioned.
- Gordon, Murray and Carpenter/Wells are air-conditioned.
- All rates are for the academic year, consisting of the fall and spring semesters. Room charges are billed by the semester.
- Residents beginning occupancy in the fall will be charged 60 percent of the academic year rate for the fall and 40 percent for the spring.
- Residents beginning occupancy in the spring will be charged 50 percent of the academic year rate. All rates (except Carpenter/Wells and Murray) are per person, double occupancy. All room rates in Carpenter/Wells and Murray halls are single occupancy. Single room charges are $500 per semester for all halls.

- All rates are for the 12-month contract period including fall 2007, spring 2008, summer I & II 2008.
- Residents will be charged 50 percent of the 12-month contract rate in the fall and 50 percent of the 12-month contract rate for the spring.
- No billing will be charged for either summer term.
