E-Verify® Operations Have Resumed

The E-Verify® website is now open and operational. If you have newly hired employees in which E-Verify® cases were not processed due to the government shutdown, please process those cases at this time.

You must use the hire date from the employee's Form I-9 when creating the E-Verify case. If the case creation date is more than three days following the date the employee began working for pay, select “Other” from the drop-down list and enter “E-Verify Not Available” as the specific reason.

Forward a copy of the E-Verify® case result to the general HR Comp and Ops email at hrs.compensation.operations@ttu.edu. Include the R ID number of the employee within the email or write it on top of the case results page.
