In addition, she prepares her employees to serve the college not only technically, but also professionally. Computer issues can be very frustrating, but Kathryn and her staff are always there quickly and with a smile to fix whatever issue is occurring. She is someone who ensures everyone on staff has what they need to operate successfully.
