Position DescriptionThe Texas Tech University Postgraduate Intercollegiate Athletics Administration Training Program is a 12-month program in the Athletics Ticket Operations intended to provide on-the-job learning experiences for college graduates interested in pursuing a career in intercollegiate athletics administration.

Future leaders will experience administration principles such as:

- Applying a standard of ethics to policy and administrative context
- Evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of current ticket operations
- Communicating relevant information and ideas to management
- Managing university resources to achieve organizational goals
QualificationsQualified applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and previous experience with collegiate or professional athletics.
