Executive Assistant to the President
Office of the President
Jessica has been in the Office of the President for sixteen years through several administrations, and through every transition, she has been instrumental in showing other staff members that change is an opportunity for improvement and self-growth. This has allowed a critical office to function smoothly and seamlessly through different administrations. Jessica also serves as the advisor to the President's Select student group. She is a leadership role model and is extremely nurturing with these young people. She makes herself accessible for personal tours for families, ensuring that potential students meet with the appropriate campus staff to make their transition into college life as stress-free as possible. She does not simply see her role at TTU as an employee; rather, she sees it as an opportunity to serve, and she does so in a selfless way.
