Pay for positions at Texas Tech is based on the university's pay plan. Human Resources Compensation & Operations monitors and maintains the university's staff classification system to assure internal equity, create career ladder opportunites, and maintain a competitive edge in the job market. They monitor the university's position in the market with respect to pay, assuring that we are offering competitive pay at every level of the organization.
