The new LEADERSHIP Series is designed to provide Texas Tech University leaders (those overseeing the performance of others) with information, resources and expertise to meet the challenges of leading a team of employees in a repidly growing, academically challenging, research focused university. |
Partnerships
HR Talent Development partners with departments across campus to provide Audit Services classes, classes for ESCs, QPR classes for Gatekeepers and new employees, and safety-related classes, in instructor-led and online formats. |

HR Talent Development uses a diagnostic approach to assist in analyzing problems and developing solutions to address issues related to customer service, organizational management and employee performance, and interpersonal effectiveness. |
