Compensation & Position Management
Managers and supervisors are tasked with structuring and managing their organizational positions to optimize productivity, assure internal equity, and create career ladder opportunites. HR Compensation develops and coordinates the University Staff Classification System (PayPlan), and can assist you in evaluating and classifying new and existing postions. New Employee Onboarding
You have invested time and energy into recruiting and hiring the best qualified individuals for your organization. You will work with your department's Employee Services Coordinator (ESC) to ensure that your new employees take advantage of every opportunity through Texas Tech's New Employee Onboarding.

Human Resources Talent Development partners with managers and supervisors to provide training opportunities to facilitate the development of your department's human capital, as well as providing a managerial development series to support your continued growth as a manager.

Banner System Security - Assigning and Managing Security Roles
Org Managers are tasked with assigning and maintaining HR security roles in the Banner Financial reporting (Cognos), Human Resources (ePAF), and Student systems. TEAM is an online tracking, reporting, and management system that allows you to assign and manage security roles for your employees whose job description requires access to Banner online systems.
