Updates on HealthSelect transition

As part of ERS monthly updates to HealthSelect℠ of Texas participants about the third party administrator (TPA) transition to UnitedHealthcare on September 1, 2012, they have updated the TPA Transition FAQ with instructions to call UnitedHealthcare if you need to designate a network primary care physician (PCP) for September 1.
Also new this month is the release of the updated www.healthselectoftexas.com website. ERS has added information about services that will be available on September 1, as well as a News and Updates section, a Contact Us section with the toll-free UnitedHealthcare Customer Service number, and more.
In July, ERS will add Annual Enrollment and HealthSelect Information Session materials to this website. You'll see placeholders for information that will be updated later, so be sure to check the website in the coming months.
