Julie manages all of the WCOE's finances, while supervising all of the department's unit coordinators/business supervisors and day-to-day operations in the college. She has a unique knowledge of the university's financial operations and policies and works very hard to see that all of the business managers and assistants in the WCOE benefit from updates during regular group meetings and specific training to address complex applications. She never fails to answer questions promptly and with a smile. Even with all of her regular job responsibilities, she still finds time to serve on many university committees and is a regular fixture at all WCOE after-hours events.
