Texas Dietetic Association Awards
NS faculty and students were recognized for their outstanding service by the Texas Dietetic Association.
Left- Mitzi Palmer Miller, MS, RD, LD - 2007 recipient Texas Dietetic Association Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year Each state recognizes the achievements of outstanding young dietitians each year. Mitzi completed her undergraduate, internship and Master's degree at Texas Tech University.
Middle-Sommer Rainwater- 2007 recipient Texas Dietetic Association Outstanding Dietetic Internship Student Award. Sommer is currently completing her dietetic internship at Texas Tech University.
Right- Lydia Kloiber, MS, RD, LD, CNSD-2007 recipient Texas Dietetic Association Outstanding Dietetic Educator Award. Lydia is a NS faculty at Texas Tech University as well as undergraduate alumni.
