Customer Service Hours The Curriculum Center for Family and Consumer Sciences is open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Time). Telephone orders and customer service inquiries may be made during these time periods.
Fax orders are accepted 24 hours a day
Online Curriculum For ordering online curriculum, submit teacher and course information along with payment. For multi-teacher district orders, call for special pricing. (See below for acceptable payment options.) The Curriculum Center will send an e-mail to the teacher with password and log in instructions.
ordering by telephone or fax Call in your order at (806) 742 – 3029 (Weekdays: 8 a.m. – Noon & 1 p.m. – 5 p.m., CT). Fax orders are accepted 24 hours a day at (806) 742 – 3034. All telephone and fax orders must have an authorizing purchase order number or valid credit card number. VISA, MasterCard, or Discover are accepted. Written confirmation of phone orders is not required. If your purchasing department requires a written order, clearly mark the order “Confirmation” or check the Confirming Order box on the Order Form before mailing.
ordering by mail Copy the Order Form from the catalog; fill in all information completely, and mail the order to the following address:
checks Make Checks Payable To: The Curriculum Center. In the memo portion of the check, describe merchandise purchased.
schools School purchase orders must include purchase order number and authorizing signature.

businesses Businesses may be extended credit when the order is received on a purchase order with an authorizing signature. Texas firms must add 8.25% sales tax (or current rate).
individuals Please send a check, money order, or credit card information with request. Texas residents must add appropriate sales tax.
Prices Prices are effective July 1, 2010. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping and Handling Charges All shipments are made by UPS Ground Service and the following charges added to the invoice.
UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Service are available upon request; for rush shipping, actual shipping charge plus a $5 handling fee will be added to the invoice.
CLAIMS AND RETURNS Unless the mistake is ours, materials cannot be returned. We will only accept exchanges for defective products. Notification of shipping errors and missing item claims must be received within 30 days of the invoice date.
