My name is Jill Aleman. I am a graduate of Texas Tech University with degrees in Human Development & Family Studies and Early Childhood & Elementary Education. I have been a teacher at the Child Development Research Center since 2009. I am honored to work with passionate educators that focus on child development, individual strengths and interests, and creating experiences that are meaningful and respectful. I love learning about our children's unique personalities, backgrounds and abilities in order to provide a positive, stimulating environment. I also enjoy building relationships with our college students as they learn through hands-on experiences, creative learning, and learning through play. My favorite aspect of my job is the long lasting friendships I have established with co-workers, college students, and CDRC families throughout the years.
