Collegiate Recovery Community in Prague

This course is an examination of the family dynamics of addiction and recovery. Specific reference to understanding the factors and influences of substance abuse/dependence, addiction, and the process of recovery in Central Europe is covered. Prague is located on the banks of the beautiful Vltava River and is rich in political, cultural, and economic history. The city is easy to navigate so students will have the opportunity to attend historical sites as well as recovery meetings in Prague and the surrounding areas. Given its diversity and importance in the history of central Europe, Prague is the ideal place to spend your summer.

  • Students who are members of the Center for Collegiate Recovery Communities and Select Community Family and Addiction Sciences Majors
