FCSE Scholarships
The Family and Consumer Sciences Education program awards scholarships to students based on academic excellence, financial need, and/or other criteria established by individual scholarship donors. Most scholarships require fulltime enrollment.
To apply for a scholarship, students must complete the general TTU Scholarship Application and have their transcripts and SAT or ACT scores on file. For more information, visit the College of Human Sciences scholarship information page. Graduate students also should refer to Funding Your Education on the Graduate School website for additional scholarship information.
A faculty scholarship committee reviews applications and makes awards during the spring semester for the following academic year. Notification of scholarship awards is sent to students at their TTU email address.
Students who receive scholarships are required to write a thank-you letter to the scholarship donor each semester. Failure to do so will result in the scholarship being revoked. Scholarship recipients must continue enrollment in the major associated with the scholarship and maintain the required minimum GPA.
