Skyviews Restaurant will move into the new Jones AT&T Stadium eastside addition in 2010

It won't happen for another 14 months, but diners at Skyviews eventually will be seeing a slightly different slice of the South Plains heavens with their meals.
The restaurant, Texas Tech's training ground for food service professionals, is slated to move into a space in the east addition at Jones AT&T Stadium in August 2010, said Shane Blum, chairperson of the department of nutrition, hospitality and retailing.
