Dr. Charlie Adams has taught in the Restaurant, Hotel, & Institutional Management (RHIM) program since 1988. He serves as the RHIM department’s Recruitment Coordinator and is responsible for placing graduating seniors, attracting hospitality companies, and educating prospective students about the RHIM program. Currently Dr. Adams teaches: RHIM 4300-Practicum and RHIM 3380-Managed Servives. His research interests are career services, placement and recruitment, consumer behavior, product innovation, and alcoholic beverage issues.
