Fiesta Wednesdays is back!

Every Wednesday we will feature a Tex-Mex lunch buffet including Jefe's famous Chile Rellenos. All other days we will feature the posted menu for the month.

Weekly soup specials and House Salads with assorted dressings

BREADS Station:

Assorted mini muffins, artisan rolls, butter croissants, French baguettes, cheddar chive biscuits and crostinis
Served with: whipped butter, honey, jelly and herbed olive oils for dipping

COLD SALADS AND TAPENADES:

Marinated olive salad, caprese salad, vegetable pasta salad, antipasto mix, chicken salad, Greek salad toss, crab and shrimp seafood salad, spinach dip and fresh fruit

HOT LINE ENTRÉE STATIONS:

Hand carved roast beef sirloin with horseradish cream and au jus

Grilled chicken breast with pan au jus drippings

Apricot barbecue glazed salmon

Pulled pork carnitas soft tacos with yellow pepper pico and fresh guacamole

Ricotta and herb stuffed cheese tortellini with Chefs marinara sauce

Buttered steamed Broccoli
Squash, zucchini, sundried tomato and caramelized purple onion misto
