Computer Labs

Technology Services maintains 2 instructional computer labs, an express computer lab and assists with the Charles Schwab Personal Financial Planning Technology Complex.


Instructional Computer Labs - 306 and 306C

Labs 306 and 306C are available to reserve for class times and have open hours without classes for students to complete coursework and projects.

Reserve a Lab

All room reservations are facilitated through Academic Support & Facilities Resources. Reserve a room.

Printing

The labs utilize a pay-to-print system. Prices are posted in each lab and payment can be made in the Technology Services Office, room 306B.

Lab Policies

  • Any issues with equipment in the labs should be reported to the Technology Services staff located in 306B.
  • Administrative policies prohibit users from installing additional software. Please see the Technology Services staff for approval.
  • Be Courteous to others. Violators will be asked to leave!
  • Do not use offensive language.
  • Keep noise level down.
  • Food or Drink is not allowed in any of the Computer Labs.
  • Classes have priority in the labs (Scheduled and Unscheduled).
  • Payment must be made prior to printing. Please see the staff in 306B.
  • Log off the computer when you leave. Your security is in danger as well as your printing account.
  • Credit will be given only for printing errors that are NOT the user's fault. Please submit proof of printing error to the staff in 306B.

The Technology Services Staff reserves the right to remove anyone who violates these rules!

Charles Schwab Personal Financial Planning Technology Complex

The Charles Schwab Personal Financial Planning Technology Complex contains the largest collection of professional software in any collegiate financial planning program in the United States.  This facility is restricted to Personal Financial Planning (PFP) students only. The facility houses a 2 technology classrooms, a technology work lab and resource workspace.

The complex utilizes a pay-to-print system. Prices are posted in each lab and payment can be made at the Student Assistant's Desk.

Lab Policies

  • This facility is restricted to Personal Financial Planning (PFP) students only. All PFP students will receive a code from the PFP program director at the beginning of each semester
  • Any issues with equipment in the labs should be reported to the student assistant on duty in the complex or Technology Services staff located in 306B.
  • Administrative policies prohibit users from installing additional software. Please see the Technology Services staff for approval.

Express Lab - 306D

Express Lab 306D is a small lab available for students to complete coursework and projects.  The lab contains 12 workstations, including a scanner and a VHS to DVD Recorder.
