Study Abroad applications open for fall 2020 at the TTU Center in Sevilla

As we all operate under this new normal, the Study Abroad Office continues to offer international opportunities to Texas Tech students. Applications are being accepted for the fall 2020 Spanish language program at the TTU Center in Sevilla.

To allow for more flexibility as we continue to monitor the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak, the Office of International Affairs has made a few changes to the Spanish language program at the Center, a program which has wide appeal for a variety of academic areas. The fall semester program has been shortened slightly and in turn, the program cost has decreased. The application deadline has also been extended to May 15, 2020.

The Spanish language program at the Center is a great opportunity for students to take 12 hours of Spanish language in just one semester – completing a foreign language requirement in an immersive and supportive setting. Many students go on to achieve a Spanish minor or double major after spending a semester at the Center, making them a more attractive candidate on the job market or for graduate school. The program at the Center in Spain is a great way for students to learn both inside and outside of the classroom, while having the comfort of being on a TTU campus abroad.
