Versamail 3.0 and above with Exchange Activesync Password Reset
No One at Texas Tech University or from Anywhere Else Should Ask For Your Password
STEP 1: Open Versamail.
If you can not find Versamail, make sure that you have All listed for all categories.
STEP 2: Click on the upper left-hand corner of the screen and a menu will open.
STEP 3: Go to Accounts and select Account Setup.
STEP 3: A new window will open. Select your Texas Tech mail account setup from the list and click Edit.
STEP 4: A new window will open to edit your account. Click Next.
STEP 5: This window will allow you to change your password. Click on -Assigned-.
STEP 6: Enter your eRaider password and click OK.
STEP 7: Click Next.
STEP 8: Click Next again.
STEP 9: Click Done.
STEP 10: After you click Done, you will see this screen. Click Yes. This will apply your new changes.
STEP 11: Click OK to finish the Account Setup.
