Residence Hall Support

Residence Hall Support provides the highest possible quality technical support and assistance to all students who  live in the TTU residence halls.

Levels of support

Locations

  • Coleman Hall - Inside the main lobby, adjacent to the computer lab.
  • Sneed Hall - Inside the Sneed computer lab, next to Sam's Place.

Hours of operation

 Support Regular hours Summer and Abbreviated hours

General RHS hours (calls and by appointment - no physical location)

Mon - Fri: 10 AM to 5 PM

Mon - Fri: 10 AM to 5 PM

Coleman Hall (walk-up location)

Mon - Th: 10 AM to 8 PM

Friday: 10 AM to 7 PM

Sat & Sun: Closed

 

Sneed Hall (walk-up location)

Mon - Th: 10 AM to 8 PM
